Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department to deliver high-quality guest dining experiences.
• Work as part of a culinary team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure costs and inventory are controlled and productivity levels are met.
• Adhere to all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities for food safety and hygiene.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a professional kitchen is beneficial but not essential.
