About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the kitchen department
- Deliver high-level guest dining experiences throughout the hotel
- Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort
- Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks in a professional manner
- Collaborate with management to control costs and inventory
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and due diligence requirements
Requirements
- Prior experience in a kitchen is beneficial but not essential
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
