Commis Chef

Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and cooking tasks
• Maintain mise-en-place and ensure readiness for service
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards accurately
• Uphold strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices
• Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or kitchen assistant in a restaurant environment
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow instructions
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for culinary growth
