Responsibilities

• Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, including cooking, thawing, and weighing ingredients
• Prepare and plate dishes according to recipe specifications and chef directives
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen facilities, equipment, and dining areas
• Manage dishwashing operations, including sorting, organizing, and cleaning specialized kitchen items
• Set up workstations with all necessary tools and ingredients
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
• Restock supplies and organize dishware across various kitchen stations

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation protocols
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and evening shifts
• Basic communication skills in English and/or local languages

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen, food service, or hospitality setting
• Experience working in high-volume food preparation environments
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and operations
• Food Safety Certification or equivalent training
