About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of breakfast and room service dishes according to hotel standards
- Ensure all mise en place is ready before service and maintain cleanliness in the workstation
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Handle food items and ingredients with care to minimize waste and maintain quality
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

- Passion for cooking with knowledge of breakfast preparation and international cuisine
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
