Commis 1

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of breakfast and room service dishes according to hotel standards
• Ensure all mise en place is ready before service and maintain cleanliness in the workstation
• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Handle food items and ingredients with care to minimize waste and maintain quality
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commis 1 in a hotel
• Passion for cooking with knowledge of breakfast preparation and international cuisine
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently during early shifts
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
