About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation
- Support the CDP and DCDP during prep and service
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Follow hygiene and HACCP guidelines at all times
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as Commis 1 or strong Commis 2 ready for promotion
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be currently located in the UAE and ready to join soon
