Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in the cooking of continental dishes according to family preferences and dietary requirements
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen at all times
• Manage ingredient preparation, storage, and inventory to ensure freshness
• Work closely with the head chef or culinary manager to plan menus and special meals
• Ensure high standards of food presentation and taste for the VIP family
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
• Adapt to specific household needs to provide a personalized culinary experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis 1 or similar role with a focus on continental cuisine
• Strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques and dishes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a private household setting
• High attention to detail and strict adherence to food safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to VIP preferences
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to attend a 1-day trial in Abu Dhabi, UAE if required
