Commis 1, 2 & 3

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all kitchen areas
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards consistently
• Support different kitchen stations as required during service
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients according to HACCP guidelines

Requirements

• Commis 1: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a premium hospitality venue
• Commis 2: 6 months–1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
• Commis 3: Entry-level; passion for cooking and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
