Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales process from order creation to processing for wear and spare parts
• Enter and process orders and monitor delivery reliability
• Perform price calculations and prepare quotes for customers
• Maintain written and telephone contact with domestic and international client relationships
• Collect and process data using SAP
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to respond to specific customer needs
• Work according to Lean Manufacturing principles and company procedures

Requirements

• Completed HBO/MBO degree in a commercial direction
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Demonstrable technical affinity, specifically within the metal industry
• Excellent command of the Dutch language (written and spoken)
• Good command of English and German (written and spoken)
• Strong commercial, communicative, and service-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Management or World Class Manufacturing
