Commercial/Workplace Sector Lead

Responsibilities

• Refine and lead the commercial/workplace sector strategy for UK & Ireland
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
• Lead bids and proposals to ensure technical and commercial robustness
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
• Oversee project delivery to ensure high standards in quality, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction
• Support the mentoring and development of existing staff
• Champion innovation in service offerings, tools, and digital platforms

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the Commercial/Workplace sector, specifically the London market
• Deep industry network including Occupiers, Developers, Investors, Designers, and Contractors
• Strong understanding of Commercial/Workplace Consultancy and project delivery
• Proven track record of securing new business
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consultancy delivery models
• Proficiency in tender analysis and bid writing
• Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in PM/CM or client-side roles
