Commercialization Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the process of taking new or improved products from concept to market
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end project execution
• Lead weekly cross-functional team meetings and share information with leadership
• Develop timelines and workplans for New Product Development (NPD) projects
• Prepare and host commercialization meetings with NPD, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders
• Provide project updates for Stage Gate reporting, including risk assessments and critical path summaries
• Anticipate problems, create contingency plans, and identify resource constraints
• Act as project owner for Supply Chain sponsored projects and change management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in product development within consumer products
• 3-5 years of experience in project management with commercialization acumen
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft PM, or other project management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
