Commercialization Analyst - Bulk Sales (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Conduct market studies prior to commercialization (rental values, prices, market depth, location quality)
• Analyze developer and operator balance sheets
• Analyze investor valuations using capitalization and comparison methods
• Prepare commercialization materials such as teasers and Information Memorandums
• Maintain commercialization reports and investor client files
• Perform monthly competitive intelligence (tenders, new entrants, local decision-makers)
• Participate in the creation of economic outlook notes

Requirements

• Master's level education (BAC+4) from a business school with a real estate specialization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Rigorous, motivated, and autonomous
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Proactive and versatile
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus
