Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone and follow-up chats, providing timely and professional support.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and usage to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and transactional processes to ensure smooth product adoption.
  • Manage and follow up on cases, escalating technical issues to the Operations team with clear documentation.
  • Proactively drive customer retention and upsell opportunities by identifying needs and proposing relevant products.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or support.
  • Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication in Spanish (oral and written).
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems autonomously.
  • Familiarity with support/CRM tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial skills and objection handling.
  • Proven track record in sales or meeting commercial goals.
  • Availability to work full-time on-site in Bogotá, including rotating shifts as necessary.
