Atlantique Automatismes Incendie (AAI) is an installer of sprinkler fire extinguishing systems in the building sector. With 23 agencies in France, the company operates nationally and internationally with 650 employees in France. As a leader in fire protection, AAI manages the entire process from design and prefabrication to installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Estimate contracts and works, and prepare quotes following visits
• Research and consult with service providers
• Plan, consult, and order material necessary for work execution
• Verify execution studies
• Ensure follow-up of supervised construction schedules
• Control subcontracted services
• Hand over completed works to the client

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Interest in sales, technical aspects, and project management
• Basic knowledge of the construction sector
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Rigor and analytical mindset
