Commercial Worker with Cashier Duties

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with professionalism and kindness, guiding them to the best choices
• Receive goods, restock sales areas, and participate in inventory
• Process payments and issue invoices for purchased goods
• Verify product characteristics, including expiration dates and prices
• Collect goods from aisles according to customer orders
• Resolve customer complaints according to internal procedures and legislation
• Propose improvements to specific work procedures to supervisors
• Maintain contact and resolve issues with non-food service providers
