About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop action plans with dealer service, sales, and marketing managers to increase commercial vehicle business and customer satisfaction
- Ensure commercial vehicle dealers have optimal workshop capacity to serve the growing local vehicle fleet
- Increase vehicle visits and spend per visit at dealerships
- Implement and ensure the success of centrally produced commercial vehicle programs
- Monitor CV Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish regular reporting processes
- Lead the introduction of the 'Uptime Management System' to reduce repair order duration
- Support dealers with multi-capacity programs including mobile service and express service
- Manage a team of five managers, fostering performance and individual development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive dealer aftersales management
- Experience in business improvement, analysis, and action planning
- Strong result-driven mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams under strict deadlines
- Numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Full driver's license is essential
- Fluency in German and English
