About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities and document activities in CRM through prospecting and lead management
- Achieve truck sales objectives through direct customer contact and account management
- Develop and maintain product knowledge across International and competitive OEM trucks
- Prepare customized quotes and guide customers through the purchasing and financing process
- Support inventory movement, including transporting units to and from reconditioning providers
- Complete required sales documentation and assist with vehicle check-in/check-out processes
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of outside or inside sales experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain CDL status
- Legal authorization to work in the US on an unrestricted basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in truck or automotive sales or a commission-based environment
- Knowledge of truck specifications for International or competitor brands
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Russian, or Serbian
