Commercial Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute the training plan for all personnel involved in the sales process.
• Lead onboarding processes for both new hires and existing staff, covering technical, operational, and floor support aspects.
• Ensure continuous monthly training for internal and external sales teams.
• Monitor and guarantee product knowledge across the entire sales force.
• Manage training plans for promoters and supervisors based on identified needs at the point of sale to improve sell-out indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Technical degree in Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Commercial or Marketing areas.
• Proven experience in roles such as Trainer, Promoter, Supervisor, Merchandiser, Analyst, or Assistant.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• English proficiency (approximately 50%).
