Commercial Tools Project Manager Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Manage and animate commercial tools via SharePoint and Viva Engage, including content updates and field feedback integration.
• Support the management of tenders and the commercial database by updating files and creating commercial sheets.
• Assist in the preparation of tender dossiers, including administrative documents, technical memos, and presentation supports.
• Provide support to the Key Accounts department through the preparation of steering committee materials and commercial animation.
• Help track and communicate commercial performance indicators, including gains and losses.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a Business School (specialization in digital is a plus).
• Proficiency in SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to listen and process information effectively.
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and ability to meet deadlines in a project-based environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on finding solutions and proposing improvements.
