About the role

About the Company

Our client is located in a beautiful monumental building in the center of Rotterdam. They develop software focused on sales optimization, including dashboards and apps for employee growth and development. They serve prominent clients in the Food, Retail, and Automotive sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Expand existing customer relationships through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Prepare and develop quotes and presentations
  • Identify opportunities and translate customer questions into concrete solutions
  • Actively engage in conversations, including initial introductions
  • Move smoothly between relationship management, commercial actions, and new leads
  • Work closely with the Account Director

Requirements

  • Proactive and structured working style
  • Curious with the ability to take initiative
  • Enjoy starting and deepening professional conversations
  • Commercial mindset and result-oriented
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Affinity with ICT, software, or licensing is a plus but not required
