About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and ensure accuracy of hotel revenue strategy across CRS, PMS, and 3rd party systems
- Support the Revenue Team with daily rate checks and contracted rate implementation
- Manage room availability and inventory allocations across all distribution streams
- Load new rate requests including corporate negotiated rates, group rates, and loyalty offers
- Maintain and update rates and availability via CRS and channel managers
- Implement RMS/Revenue Manager pricing recommendations and restrictions
- Perform regular audits to ensure CRS accuracy
- Support revenue optimization projects such as new pricing models and room types
Requirements
- Currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality or business administration
- Eligible to sign an internship agreement with a School/University
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and social skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
