Commercial Support to Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct contractor team members supporting the CSO Directorate
• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with the CSO Director and government leads
• Advise the Director on integrating portfolio requirements and lines of effort
• Provide technical insight on the development and management of CSO Directives, Instructions, Regulations, and Manuals
• Analyze strategic guidance, policies, and doctrine to improve business process effectiveness
• Oversee production of CSO reports, policy drafts, and concept briefings
• Support governance of the CSO portfolio through working groups and boards
• Mentor team members and lead the application of consulting approaches
• Support business development through research and proposal leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in DoW logistics, defense policy, or related professional services
• Master's degree in Logistics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Active DoW Top Secret clearance
• Demonstrated experience working within senior-level DoW governance structures
• Experience with Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) processes or environments
• Proven ability to lead a team of consultants, analysts, or technical staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with OCS, VTM, or PSC program areas
• Experience developing or coordinating DoW policy issuances
• Experience organizing high-level DoW working groups or governance events
• Interagency coordination experience involving the Department of State
