Responsibilities
- Perform monthly and quarterly CRM tasks for the platform
- Clean up leads for the sales team before Salesforce injection
- Create, maintain, and update internal operations SOPs
- Support the Sales team with day-to-day operational troubleshooting
- Identify and implement process improvements using automation or AI-assisted workflow tools
- Collaborate with teams to automate repetitive tasks and enhance commercial efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in Sales Support or Operations Analysis within Internet or e-Commerce companies
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets with experience in large data sets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Understanding of Operations, Fulfillment, and e-commerce business models
- Experience or interest in workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
