Commercial Support Analyst - Mass Channel

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support by addressing client needs and commercial area requirements to facilitate account management and strategy execution
• Prepare statistical reports and executive presentations to ensure effective client account monitoring
• Support the follow-up of collections, issuance, renewals, quotes, claims, and business events to maintain high service levels
• Execute sales incentive campaigns to ensure the positioning of GNP products

Requirements

• Degree or partially completed studies in Economics, Administration, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, promotion, or commercial areas
• Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of information analysis, statistics, and accounting
• Experience in executive presentations and administrative systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with collection, issuance, underwriting, and sales processes
