Commercial Supervisor for Real Estate - Marketplace VIS

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of real estate clients and agencies, defining tailored value propositions to accelerate business impact.
• Build and lead a high-performance team with a focus on talent development, clear objectives, and operational excellence.
• Define and implement strategic action plans to drive growth, improve conversion rates, and expand market share.
• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline using data-driven decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional areas to create scalable solutions.
• Measure and report on key business indicators, including revenue, retention, and conversion efficiency, to scale learnings.

Requirements

• 5 years of commercial experience in roles related to channel development, management, or continuous process improvement.
• 2 years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools such as BigQuery, Tableau, or Power BI.
• University degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
