Commercial Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
• Own reporting for Direct Acquisition channels to shape strategic decisions
• Support strategic projects with analysis and process improvements
• Maintain and optimise Sales leads via upload, scoring, attribution, and analysis
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker to track lead flow and ROI
• Ensure data integrity for attribution, source tracking, and campaign reporting
• Design and run A/B tests on outreach cadences and email templates

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with SQL or data visualisation tools like Looker or Tableau
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Experience in SME lending
• Experience with lead data management in the German market
• Familiarity with statistical tools like Python or R
