About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyse sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to identify growth opportunities
- Own reporting for Direct Acquisition channels to shape strategic decisions
- Support strategic projects with analysis and process improvements
- Maintain and optimise Sales leads via upload, scoring, attribution, and analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker to track lead flow and ROI
- Ensure data integrity for attribution, source tracking, and campaign reporting
- Design and run A/B tests on outreach cadences and email templates
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with SQL or data visualisation tools like Looker or Tableau
- Proactive problem-solver
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience in SME lending
- Experience with lead data management in the German market
- Familiarity with statistical tools like Python or R
