Commercial Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication plans for the commercial network and staff to drive the adoption of business initiatives and campaigns.
• Design and create multimedia content and communication tools to facilitate the understanding of business strategies.
• Evaluate the performance of communication channels and campaigns using metrics and indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on internal communication indicators to measure impact, reach, and interaction levels.
• Act as a liaison between different banking areas to collect, integrate, and transform relevant information into effective communication content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Organizational Communication, Graphic Design, or Digital Marketing.
• 1-2 years of experience in communication, advertising, or social media.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of design tools.
• Basic English language skills.
