Commercial Sourcing Advisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contracting and sourcing strategies for materials and services to optimize costs, quality, and reliability.
• Lead the bid package process from development through purchase order execution, including participating in vendor pre-bid meetings and site walks.
• Negotiate terms and conditions for service and supply agreements and manage related rate sheets to ensure cost competitiveness.
• Perform data analysis, benchmark studies, and root cause analysis to support decision-making and business strategy.
• Act as an advisor to maintain contract compliance, minimize risk, and serve as a liaison between legal and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for value creation, including cost savings, cost avoidance, and revenue enhancement.
• Manage supplier relationships and develop KPIs to measure and facilitate the resolution of performance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two (2) or more years of Supply Chain or business-relevant experience.
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, Tableau, and M365.
