Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Account Executives to manage complex sales cycles from discovery through proof-of-concept to close
• Lead product demos and technical evaluations, translating customer challenges into actionable solutions
• Build trusted relationships with customers as a consultative advisor during pilots and deployments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions
• Develop and maintain reusable demo environments, playbooks, and sales engineering tools

Requirements

• 2+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Experience in SaaS, DevOps, or AI
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (especially AWS) and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices in cloud-native environments
• Experience with infrastructure automation and security/compliance best practices
• Strong communication skills for presenting to technical teams and executive leadership
• Self-starter mindset suitable for early-stage environments
