Commercial Site Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the accountable owner for day-to-day technology service delivery and digital workplace support at the site.
• Provide hands-on, in-person technical support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage local asset inventory and support the full lifecycle of technology equipment in line with company policy.
• Support planned technology roll-outs, upgrades, and migrations through coordination and on-site floor-walking.
• Oversee incident management and service level agreements, acting as a point of escalation for site-specific technical problems.
• Build strong relationships with local leadership and D&T teams to represent site needs and operational priorities.
• Support conference room technology, including AV and hybrid meeting tools.
• Ensure cyber security compliance by promoting secure working practices and supporting endpoint security measures on-site.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or digital workplace roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools and collaboration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Strong awareness of cyber security principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AV, meeting room technology, and hybrid working environments.
• Experience working within or supporting a Cyber or Information Security function.
• Relevant professional certifications in Networking, Security, Microsoft technologies, or ITIL.
• Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare, finance, or government.
