Commercial Site Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the accountable owner for day-to-day technology service delivery and digital workplace support at the site.
• Provide hands-on, in-person technical support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage local asset inventory and support the full lifecycle of technology equipment.
• Oversee incident management and act as a point of escalation for technical problems, ensuring site-specific impacts are communicated to central D&T teams.
• Support conference rooms, AV equipment, and hybrid meeting technologies to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Partner with local leadership to understand operational priorities and represent site needs in digital and technology discussions.
• Ensure cyber security compliance by promoting secure working practices and supporting the implementation of security protocols on-site.
• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and provide practical training on digital tools and policies.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or digital workplace roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools and collaboration platforms.
• Experience with video conferencing and hybrid meeting technology.
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience using ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow.
• Strong awareness of cyber security principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AV and meeting room technology in a hybrid working environment.
• Previous experience working within or supporting a Cyber or Information Security function.
• Relevant professional certifications in Networking, Security, Microsoft technologies, or ITIL.
• Experience working within a regulated industry such as healthcare, finance, or government.
