Commercial Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all business processes of the workshop
• Coordinate and schedule commercial staff at the location
• Advise commercial employees and agricultural customers
• Process and review warranty and goodwill claims
• Support marketing activities through market and competitor analysis
• Coordinate closely with the workshop management
• Support the team with repair orders and customer quotes
• Manage the spare parts warehouse and inventory levels

Requirements

• Technical and/or commercial vocational training
• Ideally a connection to agriculture
• Experience in employee leadership
• Strong customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in sales within the agricultural machinery industry is an advantage
• Driver's license class B
• Proficiency in MS Office
