Commercial Site Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle and administer local purchasing in cooperation with the Procurement Department
• Control work records, orders, and invoices using SAP
• Execute transport and accommodation concepts, including monitoring the local real estate market
• Support cost collection for insurance damages and assist Project Managers with insurance claims
• Provide cost accounting support for site scope and assist with contract management documentation
• Monitor compliance regarding data security and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines
• Optimize commercial and administrative processes to improve productivity and safety

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business administration (Commercial Project, Sales, Bid, Site Management, or Controlling)
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level
• Strong software skills, specifically with SAP and MS Office
• Willingness to work on-site at the Turek construction site
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, international team
• Experience working in an international environment or German language skills are a plus
