Commercial Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems, food service equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop HVAC units, split systems, ice machines, standalone refrigeration, and fryers
• Diagnose and repair fuel dispensers and work on fuel security systems (training provided)
• Communicate repair status with supervisors and store management
• Complete same-day work order notes and ensure proper charge allocations
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory stock levels
• Inspect facility interiors and exteriors for safety and maintenance issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state driver’s license with a positive driving record
• Minimum 3 years of recent commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal 608 certification
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment
• Basic knowledge of commercial plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
