Commercial Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on plumbing leak detection and repairs
• Execute faucet repairs and replacements
• Manage slab leaks, jetting, and drain line cleaning
• Conduct drain line camera inspections and re-pipes
• Repair and replace water heaters, water softeners, and filtration systems
• Maintain grease traps and interceptors
• Perform various general repairs including drywall, stucco, and wood replacement
• Handle electrical tasks such as lighting, exhaust fans, and sub-panel upgrades
• Address door hardware, exterior repairs, and low voltage systems

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with commercial water heaters, filtration systems, and grease traps
• 2+ years of experience in facilities repairs
• Strong plumbing-first background
• Ability to work days, nights, and early mornings
• Reliable transportation and tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
