Commercial Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily scheduling of all jobs to meet customer preferences
• Provide immediate problem-solving assistance to office staff and service technicians
• Monitor service technicians' schedules in real time to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Track completed jobs and perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Facilitate job processing to ensure accurate billing and material handling
• Complete all required administrative paperwork
• Perform employee performance reviews and provide counseling or improvement plans
• Participate in planning processes and establishing department goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems
