Commercial Service Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products, including service agreements, repairs, and modernizations
• Create and maintain sales territory and account plans to drive growth
• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and the opportunity pipeline
• Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing relationships
• Promote the Carrier value proposition by linking customer objectives to specific solutions
• Identify and pursue new service agreement opportunities and repair projects
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and consistently achieve annual sales targets

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of Commercial HVAC Sales experience
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work on roofs or platforms
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in selling service agreements
• Strong negotiation and time management skills
• Ability to sell directly to end-user customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft-based computer software and technical environments
• Demonstrated ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
