Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and emails
• Enter rental contracts into the system
• Ensure smooth logistics for equipment delivery and collection
• Control billing data
• Issue invoices and credit notes
• Resolve disputes
• File and archive documents
• Track breakage and incidents
• Issue purchase orders for providers and suppliers
