Commercial Sédentaire (H/F) - Alternance

Responsibilities

• Draft commercial offers, manage follow-ups, and participate in price and deadline negotiations alongside Sales Technicians and the Supply Chain.
• Provide first-level technical responses and direct customers to specialized contacts.
• Enter and verify orders, update the CRM, and manage customer files.
• Monitor credit coverage, ensure payment of due invoices, and report disputes when necessary.
• Coordinate with the Transport department to organize deliveries and maintain regular customer contact.
• Occasionally support field sales representatives during client visits.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in Commerce or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in IT tools, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Strong numerical skills (including percentages) and good spatial awareness to understand building products.
• Highly organized, rigorous, and able to work autonomously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer relations.
• Technical curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.
