About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned sales force and ensure training regarding products and services
- Develop strategies to grow the customer base
- Improve sales efficiencies and employee retention through leadership
- Review staff performance and provide regular feedback
- Recruit, interview, and hire sales professionals
- Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate policies and promotions
- Resolve consumer inquiries and complaints regarding installations and contracts
- Meet with key customers to assist in negotiating and closing deals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years of industry experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Sales CRM (Salesforce preferred)
