Commercial Secretary (Used Cars)

Responsibilities

• Support the vehicle sales process by managing all necessary documentation and administrative procedures
• Coordinate with external entities and banks to ensure smooth payments and receipts
• Plan orders, manage vehicle reservations, and monitor stock levels
• Prepare commercial proposals and assist with the sales team's agenda and organization
• Generate management reports and data to support decision-making processes
• Maintain organized commercial archives and ensure efficient administrative workflow

Requirements

• High level of rigor, organization, and ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
• Previous administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory
