Responsibilities
- Retain existing clients and prospect for new business within the assigned territory
- Estimate maintenance and after-sales service (SAV) contracts for fire protection systems such as sprinklers, RIA, and dry risers
- Prepare quotes according to specifications and industry standards
- Negotiate quote terms with clients and follow up on pending quotes
- Consult with suppliers and analyze tender documents to select appropriate quality quotes
- Verify client orders against proposed quotes
- Establish zone layouts and determine risk classifications
- Perform on-site surveys and manage construction site follow-ups
