About the Company

Atlantique Automatismes Incendie (AAI) is an installer of sprinkler fire extinguishing systems in the building sector. With 20 agencies in France and 600 employees, AAI is a leader in fire protection, handling design, prefabrication, installation, operation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing clients and prospect for new business within the assigned territory
• Quote maintenance and after-sales service (SAV) contracts for fire protection installations (sprinklers, RIA, dry columns)
• Prepare quotes according to specifications and industry standards
• Negotiate quote terms with clients
• Perform follow-ups on submitted quotes
• Conduct consultations with suppliers
• Analyze tender documents and select appropriate quality quotes
• Verify client orders against proposed quotes
• Establish zone layouts and determine risk classifications
• Perform on-site surveys as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in the building sector
• Technical background preferred (fire protection, sprinklers, HVAC, plumbing, electricity, or piping)
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
