About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow and diversify customer relationships
- Partner with Sales teams to increase market share and equipment mix
- Support new business development and grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell efforts
- Manage inventory through forecasting and maintain pricing discipline
- Collaborate with quotations and internal teams to align on customer needs and product strategy
- Promote brand visibility and drive overmarket growth within the region
- Deliver product training and support vendor-led sessions for customers and internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC products and applications
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information
- Strong collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset
