Commercial Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Draft and tailor commercial proposals and RFP/RFI responses by coordinating with technical teams.
• Manage contract administration, including drafting SOWs, NDAs, and MSAs using approved templates.
• Oversee revenue operations by maintaining dashboards for pipeline, bookings, and revenue recognition.
• Support the product sales cycle through quote generation, license tracking, and order processing.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities, including scheduling demos and preparing client briefing packs.
• Manage lead workflows and maintain CRM accuracy for inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Handle vendor registration, procurement portal onboarding, and compliance documentation.
• Support account managers with quarterly business reviews, renewal cycles, and account planning.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or account management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and document collaboration platforms.
• High attention to detail and a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones with international clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in cybersecurity or B2B enterprise technology.
• Multilingual capabilities.
