Commercial Sales Representative - Distribution Channel

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales budgets for the distribution channel and Northern Zone
• Prospect the market to identify and capture new sales opportunities
• Manage and grow the assigned client portfolio through regular visits and relationship building
• Develop commercial proposals and negotiate terms and conditions
• Provide technical solutions, products, and services based on client needs
• Manage customer claims and resolve issues within the sales process
• Support project management through technical-commercial meetings, especially in residential building
• Organize training sessions and present product tools to clients

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Construction, Building, or a related field
• Sales training or professional experience in the construction or industrial sectors
• Valid driver's license (driving is a core part of the role)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Intermediate level of English
• Ability to travel and stay overnight occasionally due to the area of influence
