About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the holistic care of customers and partners with a specific focus on the tourism sector
  • Lead the entire sales process, including needs-based consulting, creating tailored offers, and negotiating contracts
  • Identify, analyze, and systematically develop new market potentials and acquire new clients
  • Act as a central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and expand your professional network through active industry presence
  • Perform continuous reporting, success control, and evaluation of implemented measures

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales, ideally within the media industry
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition, account management, and closing sales projects
  • Experience in marketing video content (both linear and digital) and understanding of cross-media strategies
  • Knowledge of the tourism industry and a passion for media and storytelling
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and assertive interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel 50-60%
