About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the holistic care of customers and partners with a specific focus on the tourism sector
- Lead the entire sales process, including needs-based consulting, creating tailored offers, and negotiating contracts
- Identify, analyze, and systematically develop new market potentials and acquire new clients
- Act as a central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and expand your professional network through active industry presence
- Perform continuous reporting, success control, and evaluation of implemented measures
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales, ideally within the media industry
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, account management, and closing sales projects
- Experience in marketing video content (both linear and digital) and understanding of cross-media strategies
- Knowledge of the tourism industry and a passion for media and storytelling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and assertive interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel 50-60%
