Commercial/Sales Partner NL

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and market expansion efforts for the Dutch market
• Drive B2B enterprise sales, including one-off workshops and subscription-based models
• Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with major enterprises and HR leaders
• Execute market entry strategies in a launch-stage startup environment
• Act as a senior partner to build and scale regional sales functions

Requirements

• Senior B2B enterprise sales profile with a proven track record
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and proactive mindset
• Local citizen or permanent resident of the Netherlands
• Fluent in English (native or near-native fluency)
• Ability to work under a commission and equity-based compensation model

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong existing network within HR, major enterprises, or leadership circles
• Experience in consulting, operations, events, or business launches
• International business experience
• Proficiency in additional languages
