Commercial/Sales Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function and market implementation across the French-speaking market (Francophonie)
• Drive B2B enterprise sales, including one-off activations and long-term subscriptions
• Manage key accounts and develop market-specific growth strategies
• Act as a senior leader (CCO/Market GM/VP Sales track) to build regional sales presence
• Partner with the founder to scale the business in a launch-stage startup environment

Requirements

• Based in Paris with a senior B2B enterprise sales profile
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or market leadership
• Fluent French and conversational English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and proactively
• Strong existing network within HR or major enterprise sectors (e.g., CAC40)
• Comfortable with a commission and equity-based compensation model (non-salaried role)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, operations, events, or HR
• Background in launching new markets or working in startup environments
• International business experience
• Proficiency in additional languages
